Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
For safety reasons, as this is an action game that requires light physical activity, this event is not designed to accommodate pets, including service dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Although the venue is wheelchair accessible, the layout and nature of certain challenges make the experience unsuitable for individuals with mobility impairments. We apologize for the inconvenience; we are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in The District.
Does the venue offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact them via the details above with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once received, they will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
