Convenient, secure, and undercover, we offer two multi-level carparks, including the East Car Park opposite the giant Melbourne wheel, and the West Car Park opposite O’Brien Icehouse. Travel With Ease
Trams and buses frequently service The District Docklands, seven days a week, with over 800 trams and buses per week running from 10 public transit routes.
The District is situated within Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone, making it even easier to get here by public transport. Simply hop on the Yarra Tram service for City Circle, #70 or #86 and it will bring you straight to our doors!
Southern Cross Station is your most efficient option, with trams leaving every few minutes on weekdays and at least every 15 minutes on weekends. The #70 or #86 tram will take you directly to The District.
Other stations nearby include: Flagstaff Station: catch the #70 tram (towards Docklands Drive) and Flinders Street Station: #70 or #86 (towards Docklands Drive).
Pedal Power
If pedal power is more your style, The District is the ideal destination to bring the bike.
Surrounded by a network of cycling routes and bike paths, bring your pals and travel to The District from all corners of Melbourne via scenic city rides and popular river trails.

The District Docklands has various drop off and pick up zones to make your visit a breeze.
Simply enter the address of 90 Waterfront Way, Docklands 3008, to arrive at the iconic giant wheel. This is also the best drop off point for Woolworths, Dan Murphys, and Chemist Warehouse.
If entertainment is more your vibe, 88 Pearl River Road, Docklands 3008, will bring you nice and close to the action at O’Brien Icehouse, Archie Brothers, HOYTS and more.
To shop the laneways, 88 Pearl River Road or Studio Lane Docklands 3008, is your best bet, as it’s just a short stroll to H&M and UNIQLO.
Plus, there’s plenty of parking for coaches and buses at The District, making it the ideal location for school tours, parties, and tour groups.
Cruise the Bay

Cruising daily between the Docklands and Portarlington, as well as Geelong, Port Phillip Ferries passenger ferry service is a unique way to travel to Melbourne and enjoy a fun day of entertainment and experiences at The District.
Just a short stroll, the Ferry service arrives and departs from Victoria Harbour, 131 Harbour Esplanade at Docklands (directly across from Marvel Stadium and the D3 Tram Stop).
