1. Promoter
The promoter is The District Docklands (ABN 88 165 521 657), 440 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
• Are residents of Australia; and
• Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of The District Docklands and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 7 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 21 May 2025.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Complete the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey during the promotional period; and
• Provide valid contact details (name, email, postcode) to be entered into the prize draw.
Limit of one entry per person.

5. Prize Details
There are five (5) x $50 gift cards to be won.
• Each winner will receive one (1) $50 gift card to be used at selected retailers at The District Docklands.
• The total prize pool is $250 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
Winners residing outside Victoria may redeem their prize digitally or nominate someone in Victoria to collect and use the gift card on their behalf.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and drawn at The District Docklands Marketing Office on Friday 23 May 2025.
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry by Wednesday 28 May 2025.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw will occur.

7. Privacy
By entering the promotion, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used by The District Docklands for the purposes of conducting this promotion and contacting winners.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• The District Docklands reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
