• Apple & Walnut Pancakes – Two buttermilk pancakes topped with warm Bavarian-style apples and Hot Buttered Walnuts, a scoop of ice cream, and drizzled with salted caramel.
• Black Forest Pancakes – Two chocolate pancakes layered with strawberry jam, chocolate fudge, and whipped cream, served with a scoop of ice cream and finished with crushed chocolate chips and cherries.
• Rocky Road Pancakes – Two fluffy buttermilk pancakes layered & drizzled with hazelnut praline and topped with rocky road, served with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkled with roasted hazelnuts and raspberry crumbs. 
• Tim Tam Pancakes – Two fluffy buttermilk pancakes layered with chocolate mascarpone, crushed chocolate-coated cream biscuit, on a scoop of ice cream and drizzled with silky milk chocolate sauce.
