Bagel Masterclass with Zev at Cherry Pie
Authentic New York style bagels are becoming big in Australia. Learn how to make these NY delights at Cherry Pie – Dessert Diner at The District Docklands.
As part of our ongoing Tastes of American Series we are inviting previous owner of Five and Dime Café, Zev to host a Masterclass where participants learn how to create that classic New York City icon – bagels. The hands-on workshop includes learning how to make 4 different types of bagels, 3 types of schmears and cured salmon as an accompaniment. Participants will also take home a bag full of bagels and schmears.
The event includes a complimentary Cherry Pie dessert and coffee / tea.
