Is the venue wheelchair and pram accessible?

Yes, it is! Entry is $10 for those in a wheelchair and can be bought from the ticketing counter at your arrival.

Does the venue have facilities for disabled customers? Do you have bathroom hoists for when a customer needs to get changed?

Yes, the ice house is DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) compliant. They also have a hoist and change table located on level one which is accessible via our lift.
