Celebrate 40 Years of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with an Immersive Exhibition in Melbourne

Melbourne, Victoria – The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) 40th Anniversary Exhibition is set to bring New York’s iconic heroes to Melbourne’s District Docklands. This immersive showcase, hosted by Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences and curated by Eddie Zammit, opens Friday, 8 November, and runs until Sunday, 22 December 2024. Special projections by Rose Staff add an extra layer of excitement.

This limited-time experience welcomes both new fans and nostalgic adults, featuring five themed galleries that journey through TMNT’s rich history and pop culture impact.

Exhibition Highlights

Each gallery offers a unique look into the world of TMNT:

• Projection Gallery – Immerse yourself in a 30-minute cinematic experience with archival footage, character profiles, and fan stories. Discover how TMNT’s storytelling has evolved across four decades.
• Art Gallery – Explore 40 original, skate-themed artworks created by 20 artists. This gallery celebrates TMNT’s ongoing cultural legacy and fresh artistic interpretations.
• Vintage Memorabilia Gallery – View a treasure trove of collectibles from Lobos Collectables. Original TMNT action figures, rare memorabilia, and unique items capture TMNT’s impact since the 1980s.
• Arcade Zone – Relive the fun with classic TMNT arcade games from the ‘80s and ‘90s.
• Pizza-rama Gift Shop – Styled like a pizza shop, this store offers TMNT merchandise, from limited-edition prints and stickers to T-shirts and collectibles. The store, managed by Pop Cultcha, features rotating items throughout the exhibit.
