The STEM Birds SPIKE™ Prime Robotics Competition is happening this November at The District Docklands! This is an amazing opportunity for students aged 5-15 to explore the exciting world of robotics through hands-on learning, creativity, and teamwork. Whether your child is an aspiring engineer or simply curious about building, this competition offers a fun, supportive environment for them to unleash their potential.

Why Join?

The competition is designed to encourage students to think outside the box, solve problems, and bring their ideas to life. Participants will work on different challenges each week, focusing on design, programming, and creative solutions—all while building real robots! Guided by the STEM Birds team, students will gain valuable skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking, and they’ll have a blast doing it.

How It Works

The competition runs on Saturdays in November, with each session dedicated to a specific challenge based on the participant’s age group. STEM Birds will provide everything—robots, building materials, and guidance—so there’s no need to purchase anything. Simply show up ready to create and compete!

Competition Details:

📅 Dates: Saturdays in November—9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
🕙 Time: 10 AM to 1 PM
📍 Location: STEM Birds, 21 Wharf Street, The District, Docklands VIC

Challenges by Age Group:

• Ages 5-8: Speed Build Challenge
• Ages 9-12: Obstacle Course Navigation
• Ages 13-15: Robot Rescue Mission

Prizes & Rewards:

Every participant will receive a certificate to commemorate their hard work, and there will be special gifts for all attendees. Plus, exciting prizes await the winners of each challenge!
