Mother’s Day Gift Box Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

The District Docklands is hosting a Mother’s Day Gift Box Giveaway. The giveaway will run from Friday, 2

May 2025 until Thursday, 8 May 2025 at 5:00 PM. One winner will be selected and announced after 5:00 PM

on Thursday, 8 May 2025.

Eligibility

– Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

– Employees of The District Docklands and participating partners are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

– To enter, participants must sign up to The District Docklands mailing list.

– Existing subscribers may enter by updating their preferences.

– Participants must also be following @thedistrictdocklands on Instagram.

– Only one entry per person is permitted.

Gifts and Value

– 2 x L’Occitane gift boxes valued at $110

– Urban Alley gift voucher valued at $100

– San Churro chocolate box pack valued at $44.05

– The District Docklands gift voucher valued at $100

– The total prize pool value is $354.05

– Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

– The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

– One winner will be selected at random after 5:00 PM on Thursday, 8 May 2025.

– The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message.

– The winner must respond within 5 days to claim their prize.

– If the prize is unclaimed, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the Promoter.

Prize Collection

– The prize must be collected in person from The District Docklands Centre Management Office.

– Valid identification may be required at the time of collection.

Use of Personal Information

– By entering, participants agree to have their details stored for the purpose of administering this competition

and receiving marketing communications from The District Docklands.

– Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Liability

– The District Docklands is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury in connection with this promotion or

the prize.

– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary.

General Conditions

– By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

– The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
